Get the look: Taylor Swift

Anzi, forse sarebbe meglio dire "old" american. Vediamo come "copiarlo".

For the series "Get the look", after Emma Watson, it's the time of the lovely Taylor Swift. For those who unknows, I have a huge crush on this girl. I love her songs and her style (not Harry...). I find it really fine, polished and ladylike, but not boring. Everytime that Taylor goes out, she's lovely as a kitten, whatever she wears. I think that if we saw her in a diving suit like the Luca Parmitano's one (if you don't know who he is, you better catch up!), she would be still chic. Gosh, how amazing she is! Enough said, here it is one of ther day outift which inspired me. Let's see how to get it.

Sky-blue blouse, black skirt, red oxfords and black bag: nothing more simple, but great effect. Taylor wears it for one of her multiple day tasks, but this doesn't mean that we can wear it too. It's perfect for time out with girls or even for the office (but in this case, be sure to wear opaque thights or have the skirt a bit longer. We should always be classy, not flashy!). Variation: if you don't like the classic blouse, we can decide upon a fluffy one, like the one you can see in the picture.

Cosa ne pensate, amiche? Indossereste un look come questo di Taylor?
Alla prossima, xxx

what do you think, girls? Do you like it? Would you wear a look like this one?
Take care, xx

Spring events: what to wear.

Personally, I love spring. Trees in bloom, longer and warmer days, blooming flowers, allergy. Yeah, I love all of this. Except the allergy, of course. However, what I like the most are ceremonies. Weddings, christenings, graduation and so on are a great distraction from the thought "May student be brave" e mostly, are a great excuse to show up the most fashionista side of each one of us. So, as this year seems that everyone who surround me has to marry, graduate, etc., I have to attend a few cerimonies, plentiful launches and stylish dresses. Problem which bother me at least a month earlier: what should I wear? Ta-tan- Because, if it's true that I've got thousand ideas in my head, it's even more true that I cannot squander my few money on dresses I won't never ever use again. Like me, I think there are lots of girls, so be smart and  let's try to figure out some smart, cheap and fashionable outfit. I've thought about four styles in which everyone can reflect itself.

- BOHO CHIC -

Boho event

Halfway boho and glamour, this outfit is been thought for those who feels a bit hippie inside, but anyway likes the contemporary style. This little flower printed dress (love at first sight!!!) can be used in different occasions, like an happy hour with friends, a birthday party or a particular event. You have just to play with accessories. For a spring event, I have chosen to mix it up with a wedge rope and coral accessories, which make this dress funny and feminine. Picking up leather accessories, we get a moro boho look, perfect event for a walk in the city centre.

- GLAMOUR -

Glam girl need pink

Infatti, in una sola mise abbiamo ben quattro must: colori accesi, stampe floreali, bianco e nero, statement necklace.

This outfit is perfect for those who can't give up high heels, but mostly for those who follow trends. Infact, in just one mise we've got even four must: bright colours, floral prints, black&white, statement necklace. Even this time, everything is about the dress. A gorgeous fuchsia with attached necklace, we can match it with a black and white decolleté - this one is by Zara - trilled in the back. Coloured accessories, always on this palette of pink. Black clutch with floral print (LOVE IT!) which make stand out the dress and jewellery on a light pink, in order to avoid the Big Babol effect.

- SPORTY GLAM -

Red or blue?

Come?

You may say: why do you call it sporty? Well said. Actually, more than sporty, this outfit is made for those who don't give up on trousers even at the ceremonies (or so called). So, the ones who don't love dresses or skirts or who, for thousand reasons, feels more confortable wearing trousers, can easily wear them even at a party. How? even in this case, let's paly with accessories and colours. And then, here's my suggest: we match a basic black skinny pant (remember that basic is NEVER expected and it can be perfect in any occasion!) with a bright colour peplum top, like red or blue, that we're going to rekindle with accessories. Statement necklace, lots of bangles, studs or even a simple pair of pearls: it's up to you, as long as you have fun and the whole thing isn't flashy. Nude shoes and clutch, in order to cushion the birghtness of the top.

- CLASSY  -

Killing me softly

Bon ton style, for this outfit entirely on light colours. This classic dress is perfect for more sophisticated and imprtant events, but it could be surely readacted for less important occasions. Anyway, the most important thing is, even in this case, play with accessories. Embellish the dress with a statement necklace - in this picture, I've picked a light pink one, but you can choose for a mint green, a light blue, salmon or ivory - in order to make the dress less serious, but still classy. The woamn who pick this dress, is, afterall, elegant, classy and simple, but this doesn't mean she's less fashion or funny. And just because we want to light up the funny side, we match the whole thing with a fancy floral print clutch. Shoes and other accessori in nude and pink.
